1875-CC Liberty Seated Twenty Cent Piece NGC MS62 The Seated Liberty obverse was originally designed by Christian Gobrecht and the Eagle reverse by William Barber. The coin, struck in 90% silver and 10% copper, is 22mm in diameter. Similar in size to the quarter, this short-lived denomination was minted for only four years, and struck at the frontier Carson City mint for only the first two of those years. |
